ANNE’S BRAISED PORK RICE

Anne moved from the United States to Switzerland with her family in 2019. For her, braised pork rice is more than just a dish—it is a warm and cherished memory of home.

A few years ago, during a visit back to Taiwan, she brought her children to try braised pork rice, and they instantly fell in love with it. After returning to Switzerland, she began recreating this familiar flavor in her own kitchen, hoping to connect her children to their cultural roots and family stories through this dish.

She is delighted to be part of the Surf Taiwan event on June 13 and looks forward to sharing food, stories, and connecting with others who appreciate the flavors of Taiwan abroad.
